We are a communications agency and consultancy based in Amsterdam, specializing in information design, technical communication, and knowledge management. We assist organizations in making complex information and tacit knowledge accessible, trustworthy, and a joy to use. By combining strategy, design, and technology, we find the best way to convey your ideas to your audience and stakeholders.

Our perspective

What we want is to lift the weight of complexity, making things that are difficult to understand feel lighter for everyone. We know this is no small task. The world of information keeps growing, and the distance between people, generations, and cultures seems to stretch further.

Luckily, we have more tools than ever to bridge the gaps between people and ideas. Yet technology alone cannot close the distance. Because without vision and a sense of purpose, even the best tools lose their power. We believe that the best ideas are born from curiosity and the courage to test what’s possible. By staying curious, we try to reveal what’s already there and show it in its truest form. It’s our way to bridge the world’s distances and make it a fairer, lighter place.

Who we serve

We work primarily with industrial, engineering, and technology-driven organizations where safety, compliance, and AI governance are business-critical. That includes manufacturing, infrastructure, automotive, aerospace and defense, and selected public-sector and tech organizations.

We also have a special interest in family-led businesses, where uncovering tacit knowledge brings unique value and challenges.
